Please read these conditions carefully before using this web site. By using themusicinn.co.uk web site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. These terms and conditions apply only to web-site sales; different policies apply in-store.  Errors and Omissions excepted.

1. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in £ sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges can be found under help (FAQ). They will be shown on check out after you have confirmed your shipping details. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card. Credit and debit cards are only charged when we dispatch your order. If all the items you ordered are in stock we will normally ship your order within 2 working days. All efforts are made to for fill orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

2. Returns Policy
At themusicinn.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of the date you received the item by:

* Returning the product to us in person or by sending it to us. (You must include your receipt with the item) Please package the relevant items securely and send it so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

* Notifying us by phone on 0115-9784403 - we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

* Your product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes and DVDs must be sealed. Any free gifts received with the product must be returned. All microphones,in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. Special order goods ordered to your specification cannot be returned.

3. Photographs, Pictures and Images
All photography, pictures and images of all products and similar items on the site are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise expressly noted.

Return of faulty goods - the following are guidelines
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like sticks, heads and strings) are guaranteed by the makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. (or covered by our Free Extended 2 year plan) While it is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery.
