Went into the store for the first time today so I could have the jack on one of my guitars mended. The staff I spoke to were nothing but caring and did their best to make me feel welcome with no pressure. While I waited, I tested out one of their guitars and about 10 minutes later, my guitar was good as new at a reasonable price. After today, I think this will be my regular stop for music gear from now on.
This place has been the easiest company I've ever worked with to get a guitar shipped internationally. They was even cool enough to hold it for me FOR FREE until I got my funds in order then pasted a tracking # no longer than an hour after my payment cleared. They were infinitely kind and responded very timely to my jittery excitement/spam when it came to getting my Kramer 7 string to the states, also randomly threw in a hard case FOR FREE! 5/5
The Music Inn is a wonderful shop to purchase musical equipment from. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have that personal touch which makes you feel welcome even if you are just browsing. They have a wide range of new and pre-owned instruments and cater for any budget. The staff are very honest and even point out the bad points about instruments so that you can make a fully informed decision about your purchase. The only downside is that my bank balance reduces everytime I visit the Music Inn. �

Super helpful, knowledgable and friendly team. Quick and efficient which was necessary when stopping by on tour. Being from Bristol, we didn't know where to go but after a bit of online and telephone digging, we found this gem. Two of us needed our guitars seeing to urgently due to different issues and in a short space of time we were set up, repaired and ready to go in time for load in. Many thanks again guys!
I love this place! Properly, properly sound (amirite) people running a great shop; extensive knowledge, great range of gear and 10/10 will fire some Notts-flavoured comedy gold every time I visit. Excellent shop, all day urryday!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff I went here to look for a pre owned guitar and was very happy and surprised with the choice and quality of their stock, they also had a none pushy sales attitude I was there for over a hour and tried 6 guitars finally settled on a lovely custom Telecaster. I will definitely return to make future purchases
Recently had a problem with an electric acoustic guitar. These guys sorted it out for me in no time at all. I can't recommend them enough.

The best music shop in Nottingham. Friendly approachable staff who couldn't do more for you whether you're just starting out or a seasoned gig veteran. Prices are very reasonable and selection is wide enough fmto cover all tastes.
Always take my bass heads here for servicing and have never been let down-just had my p-bass action set up as well and it plays so much better. Thank you.
